PERMIT FOR THE OFF BRICKELL PROJECT, AS LISTED IN ORDINANCE
NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, ARTICLE 9, SECTION 917.9, JOINT PARKING FACILITIES FOR
CONTIGUOUS USES, SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUIRED, TO ALLOW
ADJOINING LOTS WITH A COMMON ACCESS WAY.
Purpose: This will allow joint parking facilities for the proposed Off Brickell Major Use
Special Permit.
