2003 INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL FACILITY PLANNING. CURRENTLY IN
EFFECT, SHOULD THIS HOTEL PROJECT ALLOW AN "EXTENDEND STAY" WHERE SCHOOL
IMPACTS MAY ARISE, THEN THE APPLICATION MAY BE SUBJECT TO SCHOOL CONCURRENCY
REQUIREMENTS, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008, AS MANDATED BY 2005 GROWTH
MANAGEMENT LEGISLATION,
PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 163,3177 AND 1013.33, FLORIDA STATUTES, ALL NEW RESIDENTIAL
APPLICATIONS WILL BE TESTED FOR SCHOOL CONCURRENCY AT FINAL SUBDIVISION, SITE
PLAN (OR FUNCTIONAL EQUIVALENT), EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1. 2008 (SEE EXHIBIT A FOR
