HomeMy WebLinkAboutLegislationCity of Miami Legislation Resolution City Hall 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 www.miamigov.com File Number: 07-01450 Final Action Date: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), MAKING APPROPRIATIONS RELATING TO CAPITAL PROJECTS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2008; FURTHER AMENDING PRIOR YEAR APPROPRIATIONS TO CONTINUE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS. WHEREAS, new sources of revenues have been identified for capital projects for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2008, and require appropriation into their respective capital funds; and WHEREAS, the new appropriations are included in the 2007-2008 Mufti -Year Capital Plan; and WHEREAS, the previous appropriations remain authorized to continue previously approved capital projects; and WHEREAS, previous appropriations of Homeland Defense Neighborhood Improvement Bonds are being reallocated within Capital Funds in order to continue previously approved projects; and WHEREAS, it is now in order to approve appropriations for new sources of revenues for Fiscal Year 2008 and amend prior year appropriations in Capital Funds based on the following format: Fund 30000 Community Redevelopment Area Fund 31000 General Government Fund 32000 Public Safety Fund 33000 Disaster Recovery Fund 34000 Public Facilities Fund 35000 Parks & Recreation Fund 36000 Streets & Sidewalks Fund 37000 Sanitary Sewers Fund 38000 Storm Sewers Fund 39000 Solid Waste Fund 39900 Mass Transit; City of Miami Page I of 4 Printed On: 12/27/2007 File Number. 07-01450 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The herein appropriations are hereby made for implementation of municipal capital improvements of the City of Miami ("City"), for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 2008. The herein appropriations are hereby designated by reference to capital fund and sources of revenues.
