Salary
Present annual salary is S199.186.78 (payable biweekly).
Recommend 5% increase effective 01/10/08, 5% increase
effective 01/10/09.

Choice of 2 medical plans: An indemnity network plan
through C]GN'A Insurance with deductible, and one HMO
Plan through CIGNA Insurance. Enrollment is optional
but waiver forms must be completed if declined. In
addition, vision benefits with no deductible and dental
benefits with no calendar year limit. The City pays 100%
of the Family or Single premium.
2X Annual Salary rounded to the highest $1,000.00.
City pays 100% of the premium.

City pays 100% of premium. In case of disability. 60% of
monthly salary will be paid, not to exceed 55,000 per
