Todas las personas interesadas pueden asistir a la reunion y pueden ser escuchadas
en cuanto a estos temas. Si una persona deseara apelar cualquier decision de la
Comision Municipal en cuanto a un tema discutido en este reunion, esa persona debe
asegurar que se haga un archive al pie de la letra de los acontecimientos incluyendo
todo testimonio y evidencia sobre el cual se pudiera basar la apelacion.
