REUNION ESPECIAL DE LA
JUNTA DE COMISIONADOS
Conforme a la Seccion 2-23 del Codigo de la Ciudad
de Miami, Florida, segiin fue enmendada, el Alcal-
de Manuel Diaz ha pedido una reunion especial de
la Junta de Comisionados de la Ciudad de Miami a
celebrarse el 21 de febrero del 2008, a las 9:00 a.m.,
en el ayuntamiento (Miami City Hall), situado en 3500
Pan American Drive. El proposito de esta reunion es
considerar un acuerdo para un estado de beisbol. No
se tratara asunto adicional alguno aparte del que se
ha indicado anteriormente para el proposito que se
ha citado la reunion.
Se invita a comparecer y ser oidas a todas las perso-
nas interesadas en estos asuntos. Si alguna per-
sona deseara apelar cualquier decision de la Junta
de Comisionados en relacion con cualquier asunto
tratado en esta audiencia, dicha persona debera ase-
gurarse de que se produzca una transcripcion literal
de las actuaciones, incluyendo todos los testimonios y
evidencias que pudieran servir de fundamento a
dicha apelacion. (F.S. 286.0105).
De acuerdo con la ley denominada "Americans with

NOTICE OF SPECIAL COMMISSION MEETING
Pursuant to Section 2-33 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended.
Mayor Manuel Diaz has called for a special meeting of the Miami City
Commission to be scheduled on February 21, 2008 at 9:00 AM, at Miami City Hall
located at 3500 Pan American Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to consider
an agreement for a baseball stadium. No other business shall be conducted
outside that indicated above as the purpose which the special meeting is called.
All interested persons may appear at the meeting and may be heard with
respect to this matter. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of
the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this
meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may
be based (ES. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing
special accommodations to participate in this proceeding may contact the Office
of the City Clerk at (305) 250-5360 (Voice) no later than two (2) business days
prior to the proceeding or at (305) 250-5472 (TTY) no later than three (3)
