TODOS QUEDAN AVISADOS QUE una reunion abogado-cliente de la Comision
de la Ciudad de Miami ha sido programada para el jueves, 25 de octubre de 2007,
en el Ayuntamiento de la Ciudad de Miami, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami,
Florida 33133. La reunion ha sido organizada con el proposito de conducir una
sesi6n privada entre abogado y cliente bajo los parametros de F.S. §286.011(8)
[2006]. La persona que preside la reunion regular de la Comision de la Ciudad de
Miami anunciara el comienzo de esta sesion abogado-cliente, cerrada al publico,
con el proposito de discutir el caso pendiente JERRY FRANK TOWNSEND, et al,
v. City of Miami, et al., Caso No. 03-21072-Civ-Jordan, el cual esta bajo la juris-
dicci6n de la Corte Federal de los Estados Unidos, de cuyo caso la Ciudad es
actualmente parte, Asistiran a la sesion los miembros de la Comision de la Ciudad:

Michelle Spence -Jones; el Administrador, Pedro G. Hernandez; el Abogado de la
