SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-3 MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD-12 BUFFER OVERLAY DISTRICT (LOTS 3 & 4 "A"
AND LOTS 5, 6 & 7 "B") AND C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL WITH AN SD-25
SW 8TH STREET SPECIAL OVERLAY DISTRICT (LOTS 14, 15 & 16 "C") TO C-1
RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL (LOTS 3 & 4 "A") WITH AN SD-14 LATIN
QUARTER COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL, AND RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
(LOTS 5, 6 & 7 "B" AND LOTS 14, 15 & 16 "C").
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial with an SD-14
Latin Quarter Commercial -Residential, and Residential Districts for the Nordica on
