Dear Mr. Mirabile:
Due to Ole length of times it took to get the plans approved through the City of Miami
Building Department, \,ve are requesting an extension. We were told that there were plans
in place to assist in fast tracking the permitting process for affordable housing and there
were not and in some instances caused delays in getting the• plans approved. We are
building in two phases which will include five single family houses and twelve town
houses.
The plans have been approved by the City of Miami Building Department and we are
ready to pull permits to begin construction for four single family hornes to be located at
1275 N.W. 58"' St; 1283 N.W. 58''' Ter; 1288 N.W. 581I' Ter.; and 1280 N.W. 59th St.-/W.e_
are expecting to break ground as soon as we can gel the issues resolved regarding the
properties reverting back to the City of Miami. RERG Development LLC has received a
commitinent letter for the construction loan from Total Bank but we must get this title
issue resolved.

We are requesting an extension of six months from the date that the construction shots
have begun — July 1, 2007. We can pull permits on and begin construction shortly after
the reverted issues are resolved and expect completion within six Months which would be
around the end of -February 2008.
The fifth house will be completed by June of 2008. We were not able to use cookie
cutter plans for the fifth house because of the lot configuration being on a corner.
