NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on December 13,
2007, at Miami City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of
considering a waiver of the requirement of obtaining sealed competitive bids for the procurement of
maintenance and repair services of Schindler Elevator Corporation, for the City of Miami, General
Services Administration, Miami Riverside Center Division, on a contract basis for a 1 year period
with the option to renew for four additional 1 year periods, at a first -year cost not to exceed
$39,000.00.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a product who feel that they might be able to satisfy the
