P.A. 80 SW 8th Street, Suite 3100 Miami, Florida 33130 RE: ILA # 1416 Parking Dear Mr. Flaxman: SUBMITTED INTO THE PUBLIC RECORD FOR ITEMP2-/7 ON/-/3-91 As per our discussion and agreement on 11 /28/2007, Sawyer's Walk agrees to the following actions to assist the International Longshoremen's Association # 1416 in meeting their parking needs: . Sawyer's Walk will provide interim parking at no cost to the ILA during the construction of the proposed Sawyer's Walk project. The location of this parking will be moved to accommodate the construction phases of the project. The number of spaces to be provided will be based on a utilization study that will be undertaken by the CRA in conjunction with the [LA and Sawyer's Walk for a thirty -day period prior to closing, pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement. The provision of this parking is contingent upon meeting City of Miami zoning and building regulations; Sawyer's Walk agrees to make available , at a reduced rate (50%) to authorized ILA members, public/commercial parking spaces that will be developed as part of the project; reasonable hours will be determined; and 3. Sawyer's Walk will support the efforts of the ILA regarding additional parking within the Historic Overtown F'olk.life District, including under -expressway parking and the development of a public parking garage on I31ock 25 and/or Block 36. Sawyer's Walk looks forward to working closely with the ILA in our joint effort to revitalize the Overtown community.
