This law firm represented KWAC, LLC, and the owner of the property that is the
subject of the referenced application. for a Special Exception to allow an addition to
allow an existing animal clinic. This letter shall serve as the applicant's initial letter of
intent.
The property is currently developed with an animal clinic that is a grandfathered use.
In addition, in 1968 a conditional use was approved by the City Commission to allow
parking in conjunction with the veterinary clinic on the property. The purpose of this
application is to obtain a special exception in order to modify the animal clinic. The
proposed modification will result in an increase in the amount of parking on the site
and will as modernize the facilities on the premises.
For all of the foregoing reasons; we hereby request your favorabie review and
recommendation.
