SUBJECT ro BuDGETON APPRoVpL AND Witt -MILE FUNDS toR CIF 214D r1+RouGu 5+hytAR Background Information: On August 17, 2007, RFP No. 32054 was issued with responses due to the Office of the City Clerk by September 5th, 2007. One proposal was received and found to be responsive and in accordance with the terms set by the RFP. A meeting was held on October 4, 2007 for the Evaluation Committee to review and evaluate the proposal. The firm was evaluated based on the Proposer's a) Qualifications and Experience; b) Ability and Capability to Perform Required Services; and c) Compensation Proposal for Services. It is the recommendation of the Evaluation Committee that the CIP Executive Director negotiate and execute a professional services agreement with the sole proposer.
