Background Information: The Purchasing Department has identified a need to establish a contract for Medical Supplies. On July 19, 2007, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation to Bid No. 34019,4. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on-line. Bids were due and thirteen (13) bids were received on August 6, 2007. The various vendors listed on the attached Award Sheet submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bids and are therefore recommended for award.
