Lot 45 and the North % of Lot 46 in Block 2 of AMENDED PLAT OF PIONT VIEW, according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 93 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
LESS AND EXCEPT:
The following described land situate, Tying and being in the County of Miami -Dade and the State of
Florida to wit:
That portion of Lot 45, Block 2, "Amended Plat of Point View" according to the plat thereof, as recorded
in the Plat Book 2, Page 93 of the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida, being more particularly
