To amend Article 6, Section 606 and Section 615 of the
Zoning Ordinance, as amended.

An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 11000, by
amending Article 6, Section 606 concerning the SD-6, 6.1
Central Commercial -Residential Districts in order to permit
public storage facilities located in a building that is 150 feet
or less from a major interstate highway as adaptive re -use
of existing buildings by Class II Special Permit; containing
a repealer provision, a severability clause, and providing
for an effective date.
Approval.
This will amend the Zoning Ordinance to allow for public
storage facilities conditionally in SD-6, 6.1 Central
Commercial Residential District as adaptive re -use of
existing buildings only by Class II Special Permit,
excluding ground floor street frontages.
PLANNING ADVISORY BOARD The original File ID 06-02044zt was recommended
approval to the City Commission on November 15, 2006 by
a vote of 5-0.

25, 2007 and February 22, 2007.
