This mistake was pointed out in the public record as well during the discussion of the ordinance . This should be administratively changed by our editor without any further ado. This ordinance was originally unified with a similar amendment to SD-6. The item was bifurcated and a portion of the SD-6 language ended up in this ordinance. The correction was referenced in the attached minutes from 1st and 2nd readings, but since the ordinance was passed without our stating "as clarified" or "as corrected" the required change was never made after 2nd reading. The correction that needs to be made is on page 2. The language in parenthesis on #6. Which says (as adaptive reuse of existing buildings only) needs to be removed. Please take the necessary steps to issue a corrected Ordinance. I have an applicant who wants to build a public storage facility in 5D-15 and is waiting for this correction. Let me know if you have any questions. I have provided the draft legislation and minutes from legistar for your convenience. 2
