Ganguzza offered the following resolution and moved its adoption Resolution: AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING FOR PUBLIC USE AN ALLEY LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF NORTHEAST 18TH STREET BETWEEN NORTHEAST 4TH AVENUE AND NORTH BAYSHORE DRIVE. LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A(HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED SD-6 CENTRAL COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. Upon being seconded by Mr. Charles A.
