Request: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION DENYING OR
GRANTING THE APPEAL BY W. TUCKER GIBBS, ESQUIRE, ON BEHALF
JERIN, INC. AND AFFIRMING OR REVERSING THE DECISION OF THE
ZONING BOARD, THEREBY GRANTING OR DENYING THE PLANNING
DIRECTOR DETERMINATION FOR A NONSUBSTANTIAL MODIFICATION,
DATED MAY 11, 2007, REGARDING THE BAYVIEW MARKET MAJOR USE
SPECIAL PERMIT.
Purpose: The approval of this appeal will not allow the nonsubstantial modification for the
Bayview Market Major Use Special Permit.
