REGULATIONS,
The proposed surface parking to serve the abutting BE E'S RESTAURANT
located at 2884 SW 27 AVE, will be comprised of 26 standard parking spaces.
SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERMIT, as per ARTICLE 6, Section 612. SD42 Special
Buffer Overlay Districts; to allow a surface parking in the SD42 Zoning to serve the
abutting commercial district;
