Dear Ms Gelabert:
1 represent Steve's Parking, Inc., ("Steve's") the owner of
the referenced property. The property is currently zoned R-
3 with an SD-12 overlay and is subject to a special
exception that would allow a parking lot on the site.
The special exception application includes a site plan
showing the proposed parking lot pursuant to the SD-12
regulations contained in the Zoning Ordinance of the City
of Miami.
Representatives of the owner, as well as I am available to
provide you and your staff any additional information you
