Subject: A resolution accepting the proposed plat of MINA ESTATES, which is located along the
North side of North Venetian Drive on Biscayne Island.
Purpose of Item:
The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of MINA ESTATES
and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida.
Background Information:
The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for
acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this plat is to create two (2) single family
residential lots.
The proposed record plat entitled MINA ESTATES is a replat of the property described in the
attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of two (2) lots containing approximately 18,200
square feet (0.42 ± of an acre). It is zoned R-1.
