Background Information: The Purchasing Department has identified a need to establish a city-wide contract for Court Reporting Services Citywide. On August 28, 2007, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation to Bid No.32077. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on-line. Bids were due and one (1) bid was received on September 17, 2007. Metro Dade Court Reporters, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid and is therefore recommended for award.
