Background Information: The Purchasing Department has identified a need to establish a contract for Park Signage. On July 31, 2007, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation to Bids No. 32013. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on-line. Bids were due and one (1) bid was received on August 22, 2007. Contract Connection, Inc., submitted the only responsive and responsible bid and is therefore recommended for award. Budget Impact Analysis Is this item related to revenue?
