Background Information: The Purchasing Department has identified a need to establish a contract for Horse Feed and Supplements. On August 20, 2007, the Purchasing Department issued Invitation to Bids No.32061. As required by the Procurement Code, the IFB was advertised and issued on-line. Bids were due and one (1) bid was received on August 20, 2007. Finish Line Feed, submitted the only responsive and responsible bid and is therefore recommended for award.
