Subject: Purchase of Automated External Defibrillators, related equipment and supplies utilizing State
of Oklahoma Contract No. SW60300
Purpose of Item:
A Resolution authorizing the purchase of Automated External Defibrillators, related equipment and
supplies, from various vendors listed under existing State of Oklahoma Contract No. SW60300,
effective through January 2010, subject to any extensions and/or replacement contracts as issued by
the State of Oklahoma; allocating funds from the various sources of funds of the user department,
subject to the availability of funds and budget approval at time of need.
Background Information:
The State of Florida has granted agencies permission to make purchases under National Association
of State Procurement Officals (NASPO) / State of Oklahoma No. SW60300 entitled "Automated
External Defibrillators, Related Equipment and Supplies", subject to the terms contained in the
participating addendum (attached).
