SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE
ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM C-2 LIBERAL COMMERCIAL TO SD-6
CENTRAL COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT FOR THE PROPERTIES
LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1603, 1611, 1615, 1621, 1631 NORTHEAST
MIAMI PLACE AND 1604, 1622, 1630 NORTHEAST 1ST AVENUE, MIAMI,
FLORIDA.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to SD-6 Central Commercial -Residential
District for the proposed Max Miami Major Use Special Permit.
