MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD-12 BUFFER
OVERLAY DISTRICT FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY
621-625 AND 645 NORTHEAST 64TH TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to R-3 Multifamily Medium -Density Residential
with an SD-12 Buffer Overlay District.
