MULTIFAMILY MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 MULTIFAMILY
MEDIUM -DENSITY RESIDENTIAL WITH AN SD-12 BUFFER OVERLAY
DISTRICT.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to R-3 Multifamily Medium -Density
Residential with an SD-12 Buffer Overlay District. The applicant has
proffered a covenant for these properties.
