Minority Construction Employment Plan• • • Pa I A, LLC Minority Construction Etnp1oymeztt Plan It is a polio of Prema, LLC to base its employee hiring and promotions, as \veil as its vendor and contractor hiring, on merit, qualifications and competency and that its personnel practices will not be influenced by an applicant's or employee's race, color, place of birth, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran and handicapped status. One of tlic tnanagenf.ent duties of Prema, L1_,C's principals is to ensure that the follo.71g personnel r practices are being satisfied: 1.
