Dear Mrs. Fernandez:
This law firm represents Prema, LLC, the property owner (the "Applicants"), in
relation to the referenced applications for a Major Use Special Permit (MUSP), an
amendment to the Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan (CNP) and a rezoning. This
letter shall serve as the Applicant's initial letter of intent
The Applicant is requesting a Major Use Special Permit for a mixed -use project as
more specifically described in the enclosed application and project description, The
Applicant is also requesting a redesignation of the property from General Commercial to
Restricted Commercial on the Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan, and a rezoning from
C-2 to SD-6 on the Zoning Atlas. These approvals are necessary in order to develop the
property in accordance with the enclosed plans for Max Miarni.
We respectfully request your favorable review and recommendation in relation
to the enclosed application for a Major Use Special Permit and the application for a
Comprehensive Plan Amendment rezoning of the property.
