1519, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"', and
TERRA URBANA, LTD., a Florida limited partnership
whose address is 2761 West Trade Avenue, Coconut Grove, Florida 33133, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee"*,
WITNESSETH that Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good
and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by Grantor, has
granted, bargained and sold to Grantee, and Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever, the following
described land, situate, lying and being in Miami -Dade County, Florida, to -wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
THIS CONVEYANCE IS SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. Taxes for the year of 2003 and subsequent years not yet due and payable.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record, none of which Grantor seeks to
reimpose.
3. Applicable zoning and subdivision ordinances of the county in which the above -described property
is located.
and Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend same against the lawful claims
of all persons whomsoever.
*When used herein, the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall include the singular and plural, as
context may require.
In Witness Whereof, Grantor has hereunto set Grantor's hand and seal the day and year first above
