Subject: Roadway Designations of the 2007 Legislature
Dear Representative Lopez-Cantera:

I am contacting you at this time to request your assistance with the designation of Coral
Way between SW 31St Avenue and SW 25"b Street to Marilyn Culp Way in the City
of Miami. It is the responsibility of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT)
District Six to order the signs for the newly designated roadways within Miami -Dade
County. The Department needs a signed Resolution from the municipality in which the
facility is located before the signs can be ordered. The request for this Resolution is
required to come from the Sponsor of the renamed facility.
In order to assist you in requesting the Resolution, we have enclosed a Sample Resolution
and we have sent a copy of this letter to Mr. Pedro G. Hernandez, City Manager of the
City of Miami.
After the Resolution has been adopted by the City of Miami, please forward it to:
