A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING CERTAIN
INDIVIDUALS AS MEMBERS OF THE ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT COUNCIL
FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individuals listed above are hereby appointed as members of the Arts and
Entertainment Council, each to serve a term ending September 10, 2008, or until the nominating
Commissioner leaves office first.
