NOTICE OF MOM HEARING

Notice is given that the City Commission of the Cily of Monti will
conduct a public healing to consider imposing solid Waste
special assessmenss for the provision of solid Waste services
within the City of Miami for the Fiscal Year commencing 0c)ober
1, 2007 and a dog September 30, 2008.
The hearing will be held at 5:05 p.m. on September 11, 2007, in
the C,ly Commisswn Chambers of City Nall, 3500 Pan American
Dnye Miami, Florida, for the purpose of receiving public
comment on the proposed assessments. NI affected properly
