A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AMENDING CAPITAL PROJECTS APPROPRIATIONS RESOLUTION NO.
06-0730, ADOPTED DECEMBER 14, 2006, TO REVISE CURRENT
APPROPRIATIONS AMONG APPROVED PROJECTS AND APPROPRIATE NEW
FUNDING.
WHEREAS, new sources of revenues have been identified for capital projects for the fiscal year
ending September 30, 2007, and require appropriation into their respective capital funds; and
WHEREAS, the new appropriations constitute an update to the existing Multi -Year Capital Plan
approved by Resolution No. 06-0335, on May 25, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the capital funds contained herein reflect the new chart of accounts adopted with the
implementation of the Oracle Financial Management System; and
WHEREAS, the previous appropriations remain authorized to continue previously
approved capital projects; and
WHEREAS, select previous appropriations are being reallocated within Capital Funds; and
WHEREAS, it is now in order to approve appropriations for new sources of revenues for Fiscal
Year 2007 and amend prior year appropriations in Capital Funds based on the following format:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The herein appropriations are hereby made for implementation of municipal capital
improvements of the City of Miami, for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007. The herein
appropriations are hereby designated by reference to capital fund and sources of revenues.
Descriptive project title and number, when included, are shown for informational purposes only.

Footnotes:
{1} If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten calendar days
from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, It shall become effective
immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
