This project includes four Lots for twin homes and a single family house lot. The single family house has being built and a low income family has being living there for several months.. The remaining four lots are designed for twin homes due to their square footage. A substantial delay occurred in the process of obtaining approval for their plans. The procurew.nt process �cess .for a general contractor is being executed; ads have being published in local newspapers. We expect to begin construction as soon as possible. Based on the above, and since the units may be built in sequence, and although we will complete the construction and sold the units as soon as possible, we respectfully request an extension until December 31, 2008 to complete the sale of all the twin units.
