HomeMy WebLinkAboutCertified CopyCity of Miami Certified Copy City Hall 3500 Pan American Drive Miami, FL 33133 www.miamigov.com File Number: 04-00980 Enactment Number: R-04-0562 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 04-0091, ADOPTED FEBRUARY 26, 2004, AWARDED TO VARIOUS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT SERVICES VENDORS, FOR THE ACQUISITION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES, SYSTEM INTEGRATION SERVICES, COMPUTER PROGRAMMING SERVICES, SYSTEMS ANALYSIS SERVICES, DATA BASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES, TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES, AND OTHER TECHNICAL CONSULTING SERVICES, AWARDED UNDER VARIOUS STATE OF FLORIDA CONTRACTS, ON AN AS -NEEDED BASIS, FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY; AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN THE CONTRACT, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $500,000, INCREASING THE TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT FROM $900,000 TO $1,400,000 FOR THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR (2003-2004); ALLOCATING FUNDS FOR SAID INCREASE FROM VARIOUS OPERATING BUDGETS AND ACCOUNTS AS STATED IN RESOLUTION NO. 04-0091; ADDING THE URBAN AREA SECURITY INITIATIVE GRANT PROGRAM II GRANT AS AN ADDITIONAL FUNDING SOURCE; ALLOCATING FUTURE FUNDING FROM DESIGNATED SOURCES, SUBJECT TO BUDGETARY APPROVAL; AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 04-0091 TO REFLECT THE INCREASE AND THE ADDITIONAL FUNDING SOURCE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. An increase in the contract awarded to various information technology consultant services pursuant to Resolution No. 04-0091, adopted February 26, 2004, in the amount of $500,000, increasing the total contract amount from $900,000 to $1,400,000 for the current Fiscal Year (2003- 2004) is authorized and Resolution No. 04-0091 is amended in the following particulars:{1} "RESOLUTION NO. 04-0091 Section 1. The acquisition of information technology project management services, system integration services, computer programming services, systems analysis services, data base management services, technical support services, and other technical consulting services, from various IT Consultant Services vendors as listed on the Vendor List, attached and incorporated, for the Department of Information Technology, awarded under various existing State of Florida Contracts, on an as -needed contract basis, subject to any extensions, renewals, and replacement contracts by the State of Florida, in an amount not to exceed $900,000 $1,400,000, for the current Fiscal Year (2003-2004), with funds allocated from ITD Strategic Funds, CIP Accounts, Urban Area Security Initiative Grant Program II, or the Operating Budgets of various departments and agencies for the current Fiscal Year (FY 2003-2004), and from the Operating Budgets of Various Departments, CIP Accounts, or ITD Strategic Funds as may be adjusted from time to time City of Miami Page 1 of 2 R-04-0562 File Number: 04-00980 Enactment Number: R-04-0562 by the City Commission in the Annual Appropriations/Capital Improvements Ordinances, or as otherwise adjusted as permitted by law. Section 3. Future funding shall be allocated from designated sources, subject to budgetary approval. Section 4.
