On behalf of our client, we hereby submit a public hearing application for an amendment to the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan and a public hearing application for an amendment to the Zoning Atlas and/or Overlay District (collectively, the Applications) iri con nection With -the Properties. The purpose of these Applications is to unify the subject Properties under the same land use and zoning designations which would allow for the uses consistent with the current activities of the Miami Jewish Horne & Hospital. Upon review of the Applications, please note that said Applications cover an entire block with the exception of Lot 10.
