AFTER CONSIDERING THE FACTORS SET FORTH IN ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
11000, THE ZONING BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL TO THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CLOSING, VACATING, ABANDONING AND DISCONTINUING
FOR PUBLIC USE EASEMENTS SOUTH OF NORTHWEST 20TH STREET
BETWEEN NORTHWEST 1ST COURT AND NORTHWEST 1ST AVENUE, LEGALLY
DESCRIBED AS EXHIBIT "A" (HEREBY ATTACHED), PUBLIC RECORDS OF MIAMI-
DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ZONED C-2 LIBERAL COMMERCIAL AND I
INDUSTRIAL.
