STREET AND 2143 SOUTHWEST 6TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO CONSTRUCT AN
APPROXIMATE 164 FEET WITH 4 INCHES OF HEIGHT, (15-STORY) MIXED -USE STRUCTURE
TO BE COMPRISED OF APPROXIMATELY 163 TOTAL MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNITS
