for Part Time Employees
FILE :
As Chairperson of the Evaluation Committee(Committed) for the above services for the
City of Miami, it is my responsibility to offer the findings and recommendation of the
Committee.
The City issued an RFP on November 14, 2003, and 2 responses were received by
December 8, 2003, The Evaluation Committee (Committed), appointed by the City
Manager, met on December 23, 2003 and was comprised of the following individuals:
1. Ms. Ramona Fiumara, Assistant Director of Risk Management
2. Ms. Cathy Russell, Mahoney & Associates
3. Ms. Merrie Gonzalez, Miami Dade County
The Committee discussed the merits of the 2 responses and responsible proposals, and
evaluated each pursuant to the Cit?s RFP. Following discussion and deliberation, the
Committee recommends the following Proposer:
Starbridge
Note that thjs'proposal does fall in line with the $150,000 that was allocated in this year's
budget. .
