JUSTIFICATION:
The Police Department has a need to purchase Glock pistols and magazines on an as needed
basis. This purchase is necessary to replace retired glocks and additional glocks for the hiring of
new officers.

with an effective date of April 25, 2007, for an initial term of one (1) year, with the option to
