Background Information: The Police Department's Traffic Enforcement Unit has a need to purchase laser guns to replace and upgrade the old radar guns currently being used. The LIDAR Speed Measuring Devices, UltraLyte LRB Model, will be used to measure the speed and distance of vehicles.
