THE 2007 FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY FOOTBALL SEASON TO BE HELD
SEPTEMBER 8, OCTOBER 6, NOVEMBER 17, NOVEMBER 24 AND DECEMBER 1, 2007, AT
THE ORANGE BOWL STADIUM, WITH A MAXIMUM BASIC USE FEE OF $5,000, PER EVENT
DAY; PROVIDING FOR THE ORGANIZERS TO PAY ALL NECESSARY COSTS OF CITY OF
MIAMI SERVICES AND APPLICABLE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH SAID EVENT, WITH TERMS
AND CONDITIONS AS MORE PARTICULARLY SET FORTH IN SAID AGREEMENT.
