BOULEVARD EDGEWATER OVERLAY DISTRICT AND SD-19 DESIGNATED
F.A.R. OVERLAY DISTRICT, F.A.R. OF 3.0, TO SD-6 CENTRAL
COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AND SD-20.1 BISCAYNE
BOULEVARD EDGEWATER OVERLAY DISTRICT.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to SD-6 Central Commercial -Residential
District and SD-20.1 Biscayne Boulevard Edgewater Overlay District.

Note: This item was continued from the Zoning Board hearing of July 10, 2006.
Zoning Board: Recommended approval to City Commission on September 11, 2006 by a vote
of 5-1.

City Commission: Continued on October 26, 2006, November 9, 2006, January 25, 2007,
February 22, 2007 and March 22, 2007. Passed First Reading on April 26,
2007.
