LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 402 NORTHEAST 36TH STREET AND 347
NORTHEAST 35TH TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA.
Purpose: This will change the above properties to C-1 Restricted Commercial with an SD-20
Edgewater Overlay District.
