19, SECTION 1901, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT
REGULATIONS, C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL, TO ALLOW AN
INCREASE FROM 40% TO 50% OF THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED
FOOTPRINT: 8,750 SQUARE FEET ALLOWED, 10,998 SQUARE FEET
PROPOSED, REQUEST TO INCREASE 2,248 SQUARE FEET.
Purpose: This will allow an increase of the maximum allowed footprint for the River
Rock project.
