A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A
CERTAIN INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE WATERFRONT ADVISORY
BOARD FORA TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Waterfront
Advisory Board, to serve a term expiring May 9, 2008, or until the Mayor or nominating
Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.

the Mayor's signature nor the City Attorney's review and approval.
