Purpose of Item: PAP The purpose is for the City Commission to adopt a resolution accepting the plat of RAPANOS SUBDIVISION and approving recording the same in the Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida. Background Information: The Department of Public Works has reviewed this plat and has determined that it is now in order for acceptance by the City Commission. The specific intent of this plat is to create three (3) lots for a single family house on each lot. The proposed record plat entitled RAPANOS SUBDIVISION, which includes the closure and vacation of two 3-foot wide utility easements abutting each other, is a replat of the property described in the attached Legal Description. The area platted consists of three (3) lot containing approximately 24, 859 square feet (0.57± of an acre). It is zoned R-1. Budget Impact Analysis NO Is this item related to revenue?
